Job Summary


We are seeking a Visual Product Designer to join our team.

 The ideal designer will work closely with our UX team to turn research, feedback and detailed wireframes into well-crafted interactions and elegant UI solutions.  Accuracy and attention to detail is key for success in this role.  In addition, you’ll collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that every part of the design is built to spec and aligns with our component libraries.  You should have experience working on complicated problems and a solid understanding of the complexities of responsive web design.  We are a small (but growing!) design team and we each wear a number of hats - you should have a well-rounded toolkit and thrive on collaboration and complexity.



  • Working alongside our UI Design Lead, you will help define the UI design vision of the platform.
  • You will be sheparding projects from design concept through detailed design specs. Projects will range from UI production work to owning tracts of work and implementing your design vision.
  • You will deliver visual design assets including pixel perfect comps, animation prototypes (when necessary) and work with UX/UI Leads to fully articulate UI design specs.
  • You will contribute to the management and evolution of our product style guide and symbol libraries.
  • You’ll gain experience shipping a complex, data-heavy product and the opportunity to grow your UI, UX and product management skills.


Key Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of designing responsive web experiences.
  • You have an outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Typography, Interaction and Visual Design, and Ideation.
  • You are someone who is equally comfortable with simple consumer facing products and complex, transactional interfaces.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • You enjoy partnering with UX/UI Leads, Product Managers and Engineers to build and ship beautiful products that can scale.
  • You are a Sketch master with experience creating and maintaining symbol libraries. Knowledge of Abstract, Principle, After Effects and Adobe Suite also a plus.
