Job summary:

You will assist in ensuring our sales and client success teams are well oiled, revenue-generating machines. You will support the sales team with processes, policies, systems, tools, and templates that result in higher success rates. The job will also encompass the development of a global sales strategy for the local sales team. We are looking for someone who can leverage their analytical skills and market insights to create actionable sales strategies and ongoing forecasting and attainment reports. Finally, you will collaborate with our multi structural sales team to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional analytical and process improvement projects
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and measure progress against business goals through robust reporting and analysis
  • Mine internal data for insights into the ideal deal profile, book of business, and type of client for INTURN
  • Proactively generate ideas for new metrics to track for the executive and sales teams
  • Provide analytical support for performance management criteria, changes to the organizational structure, and hiring plans as INTURN expands
  • Support and enhance current CRM implementation
  • Participate or lead CRM improvement projects

Education

  • BA/BS is required
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SalesForce; certification a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and desire to dig into large data sets
  • 5-7 years of overall work experience; MBA a plus
  • Experience working in Sales or Business Operations at a startup or mid-sized company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for automation
  • A love of analytics, details, and precision
  • A scrappy, curious and proactive mindset
