Job Summary

INTURN is looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and COO. You will prioritize and own the CEO’s calendar, initiate communication on his behalf, and book and coordinate travel. You will also assist in managing the COO’s email inbox, scheduling meetings, and handling expense reimbursements. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate what needs to get done, is highly detail oriented, solutions-oriented, and flexible.



  • Organize and maintain complex calendars
  • Schedule meetings, events, and appointments
  • Perform office and administrative duties to assist executive management
  • Prioritize and coordinate executive communications
  • Reconcile business expenses and expense reports
  • Manage and book travel
  • Take on special projects as requested

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
