 About

The Director of Strategy & Analytics is responsible for supporting INTURN's short and long-term initiatives by (i) supporting Investor and Board Member requests (ii) acting as an internal consultant for large-scale, complex, and high-priority cross-functional projects and (iii) identifying and executing on strategic alliance and M&A opportunities. They will also assist with corporate strategy leadership with the function’s broader mandate to drive overall execution of the company’s business plan and achievement of its strategic objectives.

 Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy for product market fit and scale across geographies and verticals
  • Evaluating INTURN’s pricing models (price sensitivity, industry comparable, take rates ) and relevancy in the market
  • Own the full spectrum of data infrastructure that includes (but isn’t limited to) reporting, ad-hoc insights and building data science products
  • Assist in the evaluation of medium to long acquisition targets
  • Prepare board and investor presentations that include weekly reporting of KPIs, monthly/quarterly decks, and addressing any inquires
  • Support with fund-raising and other external interactions (media, conferences) in partnership with marketing
  • Work closely with INTURN executives and act as an advisor
  • Acts as an internal consultant for cross functional projects, applies expertise in problem scoping and designing solutions
  • Develops models and analyses that address business needs; conducts comprehensive research and solicits input from various stake holders
  • Identifies major areas of opportunity and interest for the business and synthesizes recommendations for the executive team to advance company’s strategic evaluation
  • Plays a lead role in evaluating potential partnerships, and other strategic growth opportunities, considering INTURN's strategic, financial, and cultural fit criteria
  • Conducts competitive benchmarking analyses (internal and external research)

 Key Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to self motivate and prioritize
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence at the executive and investor level
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams
