Job Summary

INTURN is seeking a high performance sales person who has strong SaaS Enterprise sales experience. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with other client facing teams to drive business. Meeting with C-level and top tier management consultants regarding our business and industry trends will be a regular part of this role. The KPIs are based on number of deals signed, quality of deals signed, GTV and revenue.

  • Learn and execute best practices for new sales opportunities while continually improving upon processes for current and future team members
  • Own every part of the sales cycle from sourcing leads, outreach and driving contracts to creating tailored presentations, representing the company at industry events and thinking creatively to grow relationships
  • Strategize with team to identify and target key prospects
  • Engage deals in executive sponsorship
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior executives around their business needs
  • Communicating cross functionally with other client facing teams
  • Creative pitching that looks beyond price driven transformation

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in growing business and driving revenue
  • 7+ years of sales background with 3+ years of experience focused in Enterprise SaaS/Solution software including experience in creating strategic account plans and organizational mapping
  • Experience with focusing on the “right” customer using data during the prospecting stage
  • A fantastic presenter: someone who knows instinctively how to win over a high level audience
  • A strong and proven ability to time manage taking responsibility for sales at all levels
  • Experiences selling to C-level executives
  • Relationship driven and highly motivated and skilled at consultative solution selling  with a proven track record for sourcing, developing and creating business revenue
  • Experience with Demand Gen


  • Knowledge with Salesforce to properly use this CRM system to enable reporting, pipeline management, and provide visibility
